Robin Alexander, founder of REJ Services, brings over 25 years of experience as a certified paralegal supporting attorneys, businesses, and families across a broad range of legal and operational matters. Her career began at a Georgia law firm defending one of the nation’s largest railroads in complex litigation across the country. She later expanded her skills at a Florida-based general practice plaintiff’s firm, working in areas such as family law, environmental law, trusts and estates, land use, and litigation. Robin holds specialized training in probate, wills, trusts, and long-term care asset protection, providing a strong foundation for the estate planning services offered through REJ Services.

Over the next 17 years, Robin built a distinguished track record in legal operations and contract lifecycle management, supporting in-house legal departments at two national companies in aviation services and pest control. Her leadership in contract management, M&A support, litigation, corporate governance, and legal technology adoption helped streamline legal processes and reduce risk in highly regulated industries.

Today, REJ Services delivers personalized estate planning services, non-legal administrative support for individuals and businesses, and virtual legal support for in-house legal departments.
