All personal documents remain in your possession at all times.
Once your appointment is scheduled, your commissioned Georgia Notary Public will arrive at your chosen location—home, office, healthcare facility, or other agreed-upon site—prepared to verify identification, witness signatures, and complete the notarial act in full compliance with O.C.G.A. §45-17 and Georgia notary standards.
During the visit, we will:
- Confirm valid identification for all signers.
- Review the document to ensure it is complete (but not provide legal advice).
- Administer oaths or affirmations, if required.
